Ocular adverse events associated with antibody-drug conjugates are common, dose-limiting, and inadequately graded by current scales. This activity reviews corneal pseudomicrocyst pathophysiology, emerging consensus grading systems, and potential preventative strategies to improve oncology-ophthalmology coordination of care.
