Activity Description
Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are an emerging chemotherapy class with significant ocular side effects. This activity reviews ADC mechanisms, corneal toxicity pathophysiology, and characteristic slit lamp findings, enabling clinicians to identify and manage ADC-associated ocular adverse events including blurred vision, dry eye, and pseudomicrocysts.
